Hey everyone! Thanks so much for checking in! The blog looks great, doesn’t it?! Thanks, too, for all of your comments!

My favorite holiday is coming up; yep, Jesus’ birthday! What a beautiful time of year and I am thankful for it. I’ll be spending it with my family. Every year, Shellie, her husband Mark, their son Rocco and a few friends spend the night with my wife Gayle and me, and we do a big gift exchange Christmas morning. It’ll be extra special and fun this year with Rocco being older because he’ll really get into it!

And then, the new video shoot! I am so excited and pumped up for this. I hope that many of you will be able to join us in shooting videos this time around. (To find out more, click HERE, “jump” to Tae Bo Announcements and go to the “Want to be in a Tae Bo video?” Topic.) If you have never done a video shoot, you should. It is great to see how things are done, and to get a behind-the-scenes view of what so many of you have been watching for years on your TVs. I personally have been training really hard for this shoot, and am ready to revolutionize the fitness world all over again! Watch out, 2008 is the year of growth!

Take care and whatever holiday you are celebrating this season, I pray that it is blessed, relaxing and full of fun with loved ones.

Be blessed!

Billy

  3. Hi Billy,

I just wanted to let you know that I just completed my first 3 days of Tae Bo Amped and I love it. You said results in 7 days, well I see results just after 3 days, I feel Great, they may not be on the outside but I feel something going with my body. Also I really enjoyed core express, I felt a spiritul connection while doing that workout. Also the most important thing that I want you to know is that I have not snored in my sleep for the past two nights and I believe its due to the intense work outs. I love you Billy… Have a great Christmas!!!

  8. Seasons Greetings to all…
Billy I love you and I am back it’s been nearly 5 years since I fell off the Taebo wagon. I quit smoking on 26 nov 2007 and have gained nearly 10 pounds and I need you back in life. So, again happy holidays to all glad I found you and this great site to keep me focused on my first day back. I will be 46 years old on New Years Day and want to live the rest of my days as healthy and happy as I can possibly imagine.
    HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL…

  9. Billy, your blog is great. I tripped over one of my dogs and fell down the basement steps about three months ago. I dislocated my right pinkie finger and broke my right fifth metacarpel. I also stove up my whole right arm. I have been a nurse for 44 years. I reduced my dislocated finger, reduced the broken bone in my hand, went to CVS Pharmacy and bought a splint to support my hand until it healed. My shoulder became frozen from all of the soft tissue damage that happened when I fell down the stairs. Two weeks ago I began doing your Taebo workouts every night. My shoulder is already starting to gain strength and mobility. Many thanks for your wonderful workouts. I really think you could help alot of people who have had injuries or surgery regain their lives with your workouts. I have been a 1st degree blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do for about 30 years. Have a blessed New Year. Respectfully, Judy

  10. Hey Billy and Shellie and Happy New Year. What I like most about your system is it not only targets those who are over-weight and out of shape, but is also great for those who are in need of maintenance and of course that extra push to always do one set more than we thought possible. What an inspiration you and your crew are to anyone who has finally come to the realization that our body is a gift from God and should be treated with accordingly.
Here’s to a healthy, lean and strength filled 2008. God Bless!

  11. Happy New Year everyone! I have been doing TaeBo for nine years now and I am still going at it hard four days a week. I am excited to see what is “new” this year! The Amped is great although I am a traditional “Advanced” user! Thank you and thank the Lord for using you to touch people and change lives! God Bless you in everything you do.

  12. Hey Billy,
I just wanted to tell you how much I love your blog!…and your workouts! I used to stay in shape by playing all kinds of sports until I was 14 b/c I was hospitalized, and sadly I could never return to those. I started Tae Bo when I was 16 and it not only helped me gain physical strength, but spiritual strength as well. Your workouts have made me into a better person. I have the will power to do anything!! Thank you very much
