The plan was to get the second video of the day done before lunch — which is what we did. I was able to participate in that one — the hardest of all the videos we have done — but, it was such a fantastic and challenging workout. I know you will love it!

I have really loved the other systems in the past, Amped, BootCamp, BootCamp Elite, Capture the Power, but I must say that this is by far my favorite system. Billy is bringing so many fresh, exciting things to the world of Tae Bo that I just can’t wait to see what else is in store for us.
