Billy was just on fire in this workout — he ripped his shirt off to show us that he looks better now then he did even ten years ago when the first videos were released. Now, that’s some powerful stuff!

The plan was to get the second video of the day done before lunch — which is what we did. I was able to participate in that one — the hardest of all the videos we have done — but, it was such a fantastic and challenging workout. I know you will love it!

I have really loved the other systems in the past, Amped, BootCamp, BootCamp Elite, Capture the Power, but I must say that this is by far my favorite system. Billy is bringing so many fresh, exciting things to the world of Tae Bo that I just can’t wait to see what else is in store for us.
